Do you sometimes wish you could evaluate new employees for a trial period before actually hiring them? With Richmar, you can. Our Payroll Services Plan allows our clients to do just that - "try out" candidates they have recruited prior to making a hiring commitment.

Richmar will "payroll" these new employees at a percentage mark-up over their pay rate. This percentage includes all applicable taxes, worker's compensation, benefits, and all government reporting such as W2 forms, etc.

Not only does this reduce your paperwork, but it helps trim your staffing expenditures and related personnel costs of fringe benefits, unemployment insurance, and worker's compensation. We can also provide a comprehensive benefits package including on-site employee sign-ups.
