Description: Thermal Mechanical Engineer - (Entry level) This is an entry level position. Responsible for design & analysis of semiconductor test tooling hardware, understand the fundamentals of thermal engineering and the effect to the mechanical assembly, or vice versa. Able to understand comprehensive thermal and mechanical design specifications, provides feedbacks to internal or external customers, and design for manufacturing based on established design processes & templates. Requirements: · Minimum of Bachelor degree in Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent/ related qualification. · Minimum 3 years experience in Solid Works/ Pro-E modeling & industry standard drawings generation. · Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design. · Accomplished college level theoretical and applied mechanics, vibrations, fluid dynamics, physics, metallurgy, electricity, thermodynamics, heat transfer and techniques. · Proficient with general computer softwares & CAD tools. · Thermal modeling and simulation would be a plus.
