ERP Administrator/Buyer/Planner

Description: Support all administrative duties related to ERP systems implementation such data clean up, transferring of data files, and updating files in current ERP system. In addition, may perform data compilation, analysis, review, administrative tasks and activities that support the overall project. · Update various fields in current ERP system such as vendor master, item master, etc. · Sort, review and analysis data prior to the data conversion phase · Perform various task orientated activities in reference to ERP implementation · Meet with various groups in order to understand their data conversion requirements · Participate in the in all aspects of implementation with heavy focus on the testing phase · Update and maintain presentation charts · Attend meetings, conference calls in supporting the project · Working knowledge of ERP systems, Great Plains / SAP preferably · Proficiency with PC office/business communications and programs ( MS Word, Excel, etc ) · Must be a super user of Excel · Excellent time management and organizational skills · Excellent team-building and conflict resolution skills · Excellent written and oral communication skills Please contact Evelia Marquez at evelia@richmarstaffing.com to be considered for future openings.
