Don Herd, President and Founder
Don is a staffing industry professional with extensive experience and critical expertise in all facets of the business. His responsibilities include the establishment of new technologies and overall quality management of Richmar's staffing services. Don founded Richmar in 1977, and has been instrumental in effectively positioning the firm as a leader in high-tech staffing for the Silicon Valley. Prior to starting Richmar Associates, Don was a member of the engineering management team at Memorex Corporation in Santa Clara, CA for 10 years.
Kim Novielli, Managing Director
Kim holds a Bachelors in Business Management and has 12 years of knowledge and experience in business development, recruitment, sales, management, and marketing/public relations. Her responsibilities include day-to-day company operations, business development, customer support, staffing, and account management. Since joining Richmar in 1990, Kim has successfully developed a team of recruiters, account managers, and support staff whose work ethic and commitment to quality and service is unsurpassed.
Cindy Thompson, Controller
Cindy has a Bachelors in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting, and is responsible for the preparation of all company financial statements, tax returns, year-end processes, and budget analysis. Cindy joined Richmar in 1990, and has since been instrumental in implementing the company's state-of-the-art accounting system. Her day-to-day responsibilities include the oversight of all accounting functions: payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and benefits.
